2CM’s desire is to employ young men and women from our summer Bible School who have the call of passion on their lives to serve in the urban cities as part-time youth pastors through churches or organizations that currently do not have a youth program due to lack of finances and/or training.

Strategy

To connect with churches and organizataions in urban cities creating summer employment for our Bible students who want to impact their communities. 2CM wants to train part-time youth pastors and equip them to impact the neighborhoods and schools within their communities.

Imagine…
Trained youth pastors doing the work of the Lord in a 5 mile radius of each other with the same purpose: reaching the youth of this generation on every block and street corner. Then every 4-6 months, bringing all of the groups together for a youth crusade!
