Evangelist JohnnyD’s vision is to see youth pastors who are laboring in the same communities, members in the same body, laboring with the same love and burden for the hearts of our youth, realizing how much they need each other to make an impact in the lives of the youth of this generation. Youth pastors around the city coming together for prayer, fellowship and encouragement at this yearly conference.

Strategy

To come toegether once a year and discuss the problems our youth are facing, then return to our ministry locations refreshed, blessed, and filled with new friendships, ideas and ministry strategies that will put us all on one accord for the upcoming year.

Agenda

• Prayer: Corporately praying that our heavenly Father will meet all our needs as we come together in unity to seek Him.
• Worship: Lifting up our voices in one accord being a living sacrifice and giving God the highest praise.
• Fellowship: Acknowledging each other's talents, passions and territories that God has called us to labor in.
• Encouragement: I am my brother’s keeper.
